Yes it is. That RPG is one of the best and it is a shame the hype hasnt built up till now. Take some very tasteful cel-shaded graphics (not like Wind Waker), add in the most involving storyline i know of (and i am a hardcore FF fan), about a dozen storyline changing plot-twists, a combat system similar to Smash Bros Melee (with friends able to join the fight with extra controllers making it much more like smash bros) and wrap it all up in a genuine 60hr + game. It's the best RPG i have ever played.

I got a copy from gametraders.com.au, cost $90 delivered, and is in mint condition, just search on their site, they show up every so often. I even saw a copy at EB games for $35 when they were having their sale, but there was no manual with it, and I had already ordered it from gametraders, so I passed.
