Virtual Console & WiiWare \ Wii Points Error

I've been trying to add some Wii Points but keep getting an error 208002 and a message saying that I've entered the incorrect address, I tried out two different credit cards and both aren't working for me and I have the country set as Australia.

Is anyone having the same problem as me?

Recently (yesterday to be specific) people were saying they couldn't add their Wii points due to a server problem. Just hope that problem isn't still running.
