Ive rung many stores but im having no luck ive been told as late as mid february for next orders too arrive if anyone could tell me of a place with wii's in stock ( yes im probably dreaming) or somewhere where wii's will soon be in stock.

yeah well i just rang around and noone has any anyway. Wierd thing though Dick Smith Electronics hasnt even recieved thier launch preorder shipment, they havent seen a single Wii.....ouch.

Foetoid, you must be on a different planet, because certain Dick Smith stores in Queensland did receive their allocation of Wii consoles, and promptly sold out. A decision was made for only certain stores to actually sell Wiis, and they all sold out in the first 3 days.

It seems that these new shipments of the Wii console will be more of a greater event than the Wii launch itself! People are going mad trying to find one. It was nice and quiet (to an extent) with the launch, but now people can't get one for another 20 days, I'm amazed no one has gone 'PS3 Fan Like* and shot someone.
