Why People Selling Their Wii Should Keep It!

I've noticed a lot of people recently on this site selling their Wiis, more so than ever, and in a big rush too. It's probably because of the poor christmas lineup and the poor releases of Wii games in 2008, but there are so many good reasons to keep your Wiis. Firstly, lets go through the great titles already out:

If thats not enough games to keep anyone occupied, then you're obviously very very picky. Some of those games won't be everyones cup of tea, but thier still good games.

if it wasn't for motion plus I probably wouldn't have a wii. That said, the conduit and wii sports 2, and possibly tenchu iv are games I'll look into. The rest I can pass on. And I wouldn't say the 'imminent release of the wii motion plus' it's going to come out summer for US, and who knows when here.
Also, there's the new mario and zelda games, though they are a long way off.
There's some interesting wii games so far: mario galaxy, mario kart, Zack and Wiki, okami, and de blob are all games I'm keen on playing and possibly keeping in my game library, especially mario galaxy.

I would sell mine because it just collects dust but I don't really care enough to sell it either. Its too much effort.

You can list as many games as you want but the only ones I would buy are Zelda and Boom Blox nothing else on the Wii interests me and the afore mentioned 2 aren't enough to make me play it.

I just like playing games with my friends and my PC allows me to be connected to them even playing a single player game (via Xfire).

Only games in that list that interest me is only 5, which are;
1. Mario Galaxy- i tried to play it but jusy could not connect with it. Graphics are decent and the game is creative, but i prefer Mario games to be like Mario64 & Mario Sunshine. I just dont really feel Galaxy.

2. Metroid- I played half of M-Prime & was Kind feeling it but just isn't my cup of tea. Although it's a good game.

3. SSBB- Could've been one of the best but the controls felt weird (2.5 or something) & online is messed up. & they should have tournament online mode with wii speak (idea for next SB if there is a next one)

4. Zelda is cool, love my Zelda's.
5. MKwii- EXCELLENT.... but could've been reasonably better.
So really out that whole list i only play MKwii & Zelda which is only 2 games.

I don't see why anyone would sell their wii. I'd never sell mine. I find that people fail to see the posotives of the console over the Negatives,

AND WHY THE HELL DO PPL CARE ABOUT GRAPHICS SO MUCH?

But however, games I am waiting for is;
The Conduit, Arc Rise Fantasia, New Zelda (Wii) title, New Mario title... and any new titles (like how The Conduit is a new title) in developement. Also, lets hope The Conduit is GOOD becausa im not really STUNNED by FPS's.

Question PLEASE.... will Wii-HD be able to play Wii games we all currently possess?

Graphics are not an issue for mii buddy (lol) but i jus ask.... why not have good graphics? just a little example. if say, Goldeneye was re-made for wii, EXACTLY the same as the 64 but with wii controls and all. and the other copy was exactly the same as the copy i described above (↑↑) but with wii graphics. which one would you purchase pleeeeease?..... case closed ^_^

also im not saying i would sell my wii, yet sometime I kinda regret buying it.
But then i remember, i feel Nintendo can redeem themselves but not sure if they WILL DECIDE to?

Wii-HD is a rumor for starters.

I don't know of any new Mario (think I heard of a DS one?) or Zelda games coming.

I have generally never been one for graphics, but I have found it does make a huge difference, especially in racing games. I think previously people have taken gameplay over graphics, but when you can get the best of both worlds then that sort of changes that a tiny bit. Take The Simpsons Game for example, not only does that look a whole lot beter on the 360, it plays a lot better than the Wii. All of the driving games are like that also.

I'm sorry also, but I much prefer the 360 over the Wii. I will keep the Wii, but that's only because I don't need to sell it.

wait!.... Wii-HD is just a mere rumour? i don't research or anything but i thought i saw an article that it "is" releasing in 2011, and that it is currently in developement. i could be wrong but that's just what i saw.

Also, (no offence anybody) i don't see why when i say what "I" would like in a game like thrilling graphics, i get attacked for it. im not saying if a game has "not too bad" graphics, the game is poison. im just simply saying, in "MY" opinion, that a game is more enjoyably with wonderful graphics & effects.
If i was graphic-focused, i do not think i would weild a wii. -_^
or prefer Nintendo games for that matter.

yeah i've seen that one but the one i saw i think was on kombo.com. it was titled "nintendo kicks off first in the console wars." (something like that Lol, i dont know HOW i remembered that lol)

yes agrees the people should not sell the wii. What people forget is that the wii has the largest catalogue of retro games available for download. So the wii will also appeal as you can play all those old classics that will never never never lose there appeal.
