Wii Software \ Anyone managed to eMail a Photo?

We modified a photo (added green hair mostly) and sent it to the message board. From there you are supposed to be able to email it off to someone. But when we tried to select an email address for the recipient, every entry in the address list (of 3) was greyed out.

Don't have any problems sending plain-text messages.

Any suggestions?

It's not possible, you can only email photos to Wii friends. Back the other way is ok though. Silly restriction if you ask me, maybe it's to stop spam, or perhaps, ahem, adult content.

I think msg'ed all my Wii mates off my Wii, sending them that picture, and it was fine.
