I've noticed that under my picture it dispalys that I have 29 mates, but when I click on the "Mii" button it says that I have 37 ! (click on the mates thing to make sure)
Does anyones else have this problem???

the 29 mates is how many people you have added and have also added you back, so if you have 37 mates then 8 of them didn't add you

You can add friends to you list but you will get a mate if they accept.

Chambalam, in order to add a mate you must first look them up of click their mate and kudos (it is linked) then you will find on the top left of the page it will say mate and message (i think) so click mate and it will send them a mate request.

It neva use to be like that. In the good old days (not so good feature), you could just add whoever you want. So you could have ppl and they didnt even know. So if anyone from those days hav me, let me know
