Social \ Should I get a PSP online (ebay) or EB Games?

Hey peeps,
I've suddenly got an urge to buy a PSP, so I've been hunting around for one, and have come across a Pre-Owned PSP Phat for $159 + 12 months warranty at EB Games.

Theres also a Pre-Owned PSP Slim for $180 on Ebay, no warranty but.

Which one should I get?

Note: I'm asking on MyWii because I hang around you guys more, and I like your opinions. Please don't redirect me to MyPSP.

Same here... spend an extra $50 and get a brand spanking new one.... if u have any probs u can always return it and get a new one... with a second u can't.

DS is a good deal also + a R4 card... u can't go wrong

nah its an awesome game you like have to solve a mystery and through out the game you have to solve puzzles and riddles! its really addictive

and every week theres a new puzzle to be downoaded... or is it every month

YEH!!! Final Fantasy 4 kicks ass im playing it at the moment can't put it down

Ultimate Jump stars is a little difficult unless u know some japanese.

And the GAYPHONE SUXZ ASS lol dunno why so many people are buying it.... theyre like sheep....have to follow the herd...

Now it is said that u cant get the 1.5 mb net connection they have promised as there is a flaw in the phone system LOL good one APPLE!!

Another good DS game is Final Fantasy - Rings of Fate thats a great one!!!

Though it's OK if we use it for Homebrew right? I mean, we both use Homebrew on Wii.

Oh and.. Yes, buying things in an actual store is better than buying online most of the times. I've never bought a PSP before. You could get the one at EB, do you care if it's phat or slim?

I was in a similar position not long ago mate, I did give ebay a try and placed a few bids but I kept getting out bid. My maximum bids + postage was just a few dollars less than what it was worth to get a pre-owned one at EB. So I just eneded up getting one from EB, I got to see and test the unit before I bought it as well. On ebay you have to be careful as pictures and descriptions can be deceiving, not everyone is totally honest about what they are selling.
