My Favourite Villian is the Joker from Batman Comics etc. When the Joker is done right he should always be a totally scary murdering psychopath see such great examples as Alan Moore's "The Killing Joke" and Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns" plus he did kill the 2nd Robin by beating him near death with a crowbar and then blowing up a truck that he left robin's nearlifeless body in the back of. As put best in the recent Dark Knight Movie "Some people just want to see the World Burn" That is the Joker!!
