Wii Software \ Homebrew On 3.3

im thinking about putting the homebrew channel on, because i have a few trucha games i would really like to play. when i was reading about it, particularly the ISO install method, they mention the warnings about bricking your wii.

now i know they will always warn about these things to cover themselves, but does anyone know of any failed installs and/or a failure rate when installing the homebrew channel? im thinking that obvious things like pulling the power cord could do it, so i suppose more unexplained problems?

Update for the below,
Apparently the 3.3 update killed the ability to use an iso installer,
Wasted 3 discs til i found out.. It's a trick for beginners.

i have a dcpro modchip and for some reason can't get the iso method to work. Tried Beta's 7 and 8 with no luck.

I'll have to give the TP hack v1 beta 1 ( i think) for 3.3 a go tomorrow.

Hi Guys,

Got the TP hack for 3.3 installed today..
Could be easier and as far as i'm concerned, while they obviously have a disclaimer,
you couldn't get the install wrong.

TP Have Save file on your SD card,
Copy it to your Wii.
Insert Game of Zelda,
Boot Game.
Choose the save when it asks.
Walk up to Bloke in front of you.
And homebrew starts to load.

I think you press accept (button 1) 3 times in about 30secs.
And it's all done.

Couldn't be easier
