The top: Very light scratches

The back: Some light scracthes.

Bottom screen: Scratches in the centre

The bottom left corner: Sorta Bad. It is out of line and scratched but I dont think one little corner will destroy your playing experience.

jeez an $80 starting price for something that seems to have more problems then our current public health system.

good luck with that one - im unsure why anyone would want to pay so much for something that the has scrathes not only on the case but most severely on the screen - totally ruins the gaming experience, not to mention the bunged corner.

my tip- save up the extra $100 and get a brand spanking new one with a warranty and n problems, even checkout ebay and trading post - they have these in better condition for less.
