Social \ Problem with Ebay

Has ebay ever suspended your Ebay account before as they removed your listings saying they violated copyright regulations they state on the site but when you ask which ones you violated they say they ain't allowed to tell you when they know they are wrong and then disable your account for 7 days. Just happened to me a few days ago and now am receiving heaps of unpaid item strikes as ebay won't let me pay for any items

No they refund them and each time I ask them to explain they say they won't and they seem to target what ever I put up on ebay

Also regarding the dvds seeing as they are wrestling ones you pretty much need to list what's on them otherwise they don't sell and that is what every other person does who sells them. The reason they gave me for Naruto game taken down was that "it encourages the use of piracy techniques"

but many ebay users have done the same thing. i agree that suspending your account is quite draconian. make sure you email the people you need to pay and let them know the situation, so that they won't give you an unpaid item strike.

I have tried looking for other places except ebay as more things to buy and now I missed out on a copy of Killer 7 as I wasn't able to pay for it due to suspension

I'm a journalist and there is nothing we can do to help, if you want to take it further you would need to seek legal advice.

If you look around you will probably find somewhere that specialises in online disputes for auction sites like eBay, usually they are free too.

Or just start a new account.

Going by what you have posted though it does sound like someone has reported you. Have you sold any DVDs or games before? Maybe someone who has bought one from you in the past reported you. That would explain why they can't tell you why you have been suspended because it would be breaching their privacy (who ever reported it).

You would think they would need proof though, pirating is a heavy claim.
