Just a quick comment bout your selection of motherboard, that's ASUS's low end board. Are you really sure that's what you really want? Don't get me wrong, it will do the job and all, but in terms of future upgradability you would be limited.
One more thing is, if you are planning on booting your previous OS with your new setup without a fresh install, you might run into some problems but nothing a bit of fiddling around wont fix.

also, thanks for the helps guys, I'll speak to the guys at MSY and see what they think about the psu, and whether I need to re-install the OS again - they will be doing it, not me, so it's up to them how to do it but I want all my old stuff and preferably the same OS (xp) that I had on my computer before.
