Also everytime I try and play online(Fifa 08) it always cuts out and say lost connection but I have really strong internet, how can I fix this?

FIFA SUXZ thats why lol, as to the other problem could just be the Wii channels is having some problems at the moment.... Try back in an hour or so should be ok or reeboot your wii and try again.
