So, here's the deal. My brother has a 4 wheel drive website which is full of 4WD projects, i.e conversions, mods, etc.

To cut a long story short a dumbass from another 4WD website has stolen pics from one of my bro's guides and used them on his own guide. This isn't right. And at the end of this guy's guide he quotes:

"This is an original 4wheeling.ca technical article, please request permission to re-post it on your website and be sure to give credit where credit is due, I spent many hours compiling this article.

--- Hilux Clint"

My brother questioned "hilux clint" about this on the 4wheeling.ca forum and was quickly banned.

Anyway, I'm calling on members to quickly send "Hilux Clint" an email telling him to remove the stolen pics. If he is bombarded with emails then I am sure he will get the message.

Something like:
"Hey some of those photos in this project: Installing A Turbo On A 1989 2.8 Liter 3L Hilux Diesel Engine are from a different site! You should take them down"

now the old pics find some real nasty naughty pics and save them inplace of the old pics so when he opens his page he'll be in for a nice suprise

If not, I think all his text/pictures etc are considered public domain and can be used freely (But I'm not too sure about this)..

And Mario, bikes are a menace on the road as well.

It wont ever get that far. As soon as a letter from a solicitor comes his way something will almost certainly be done about it. If he gets legal advice his solicitor will tell him he clearly doesn't have a legal leg to stand on and advise him to co-operate. If he still doesn't then hes just a complete twat and asking to be sued...
