With regards to watermarking/copyrighting the pics, you don't expect this sort of thing would happen! The original guide was there to be used and If Hilux Clunt had asked to use the pics or at least given credit where credit is due (his words), everything would be fine.
We're not trying to take the site down, just let him know that he can't get away with this. All he has to do is put a note at the end of his guide saying that he got some pics from bjblaster.com.

EDIT: Great News!! Success!! the pictures are gone and he has watermarked all of his own!
