This does look very nice.
I'm a bit ignorant about Monster Hunter games though. I 'get' that you have to hunt various monsters but is there a story linking it all together. Does it play RPG style with upgrades/experience points etc. Or is it just a monster beat em up?

I don't know I haven't played any. My guess would be rpg style
