If you had Zelda in there the whole time, there's no possible way for it to be showing the Mario Strikers screen, as the Wii does not memorize the data for those screens in any way, you HAD to have swapped the discs. I think a glitch would only explain the fact it showed the Gamecube logo AND the Twilight Princess Tooltip, but you might've done some fast disc swapping for that too.
