Story: The Black Bomberman has attacked a city, stealing the seven power circuits that provide it with electricity and scattering them across several planets. The city is completely disabled and is in great fear. It is up to White Bomberman to recover them. Gameplay: Well the gameplay in the game is great and what you would really expect from a bomberman game. The game starts off easy but other time and the more you advance the harder it gets which puts great challenge into the game and causes you to play for hours on end sometimes just so you can beat one measly lever. Bomberman '93 contains many levels and unique bosses for each region with a showdown with the other colored bomberman guys at the end. The game also contains multiplayer and allows up to 5 people to play at once which brings in even more fun especially with level selection. Graphics: 2D Graphics work really well with this game and has worked well with other bomberman games also. Sound: Just basic bomb sounds for when a bomb goes off and catchy tunes which only get annoying when you hear the same tune for hours just from trying to finish one little level. Replay Value: Well I am yet to beat the last boss as it is so god damn difficult but the game does contain replay value but mostly with multiplayer whether you play by yourself or others as I can't see myself going through story mode again but just multiplayer which I play alot more with friends. Conclusion: In Conclusion Bomberman '93 is a great Virtual Console title worth downloading and is probably the only Turbo GFX game out on Virtual Console worth actually getting. Highly recommended and the game suits everyone and you will never get bored with the game. Story: 7.5/10 Gameplay: 10/10 Graphics: 8/10 Sound: 7/10 Replay Value: 9/10 OVERALL:8/10
