Chino and I wake up at 6:30am and get to our local Big W expecting a huge line...it was desolate. No-one arrived til around 8am...and 90% of those people were there for the other specials on today. Only ONE person picked up GH3 with us....I'm still not sure whether this morning failed or won hard.

Anyway, I'm off to rock out on GH3. I want to get to the Slayer track ASAP

Also, how awesome are the bonus tracks? Shameful lack of Dethklok (LULZZZ) but an interesting songlist nonetheless.

Hehe. If it is soldout, you could always try price matching at EB games, and hope that they don't ring Big W and ask if they have stock...

i went to big w at QV in melbourne this morning to get my ps2, there weren't that many people there when the doors opened at 8:30.. ten people tops.

i'd suggest you go price match at EB games.. the one on Elizabeth Street in the CBD didn't call Big W when I price matched from there last time

I was shocked!

almost everyone headed to the electrical section. mums, dads, teenagers, seniors, little tots...everyone lined up to get Guitar Hero!!! My wife (bless her), managed to be 4th in line. most people were buying the 360 version, and the PS2 came second. i only saw a couple of other people with the Wii version. It was funny seeing people walking around BIGW with GH3 boxes under their arms!

i got my GH3 and i also bought a PS2 console for $146.

I live in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne so driving across town seems pointless when i can get Guitar hero 3 from JB for $110
(my mate works there he gets 10% off)
...and i dont shop @ EB its morally wrong!

Surely there must be somewhere else you could go apart from Myer. Your discount there would probably bring the price down to what everybody else is selling it for normally...

I always think Myer's sales are a joke when it comes to video games. There idea of a sale is bring the prices down to what everybody else is selling it for. Lol..."50% sale on Videogames".
