I have exactly the same labret (under bottom lip) piercings as the lead singer of Disturbed (big fan obviously). The difference is mine arnt serrated on the top edge they are just smooth. I did have my eyebrow done before someone threw an empty 40oz bottle of Bundy at it and it grew out.

Piercings can be easily removed and, in time, it will be like you never had anything done at all. tats are permanent and some people ink the stupidest or most cliche things ever on themselves.

The pain isn't as bad as some people make it out to be, the outline of a tattoo stings a bit, the filling in isn't as bad, the worst part of getting one is that depending on it's size and detail it might take a while, and it gets really boring sitting in that one position for an extended period of time, both times I went I was reading a mag or playing a mobile phone video game to kill time.
I have to warn you they are addictive, once you get one you will want more.
