In MP3 you get these 'friend vouchers' which you can send to another friend to convert to an actual credit.

Using this credit, you can purchase such things as soundtracks, image galleries etc. basically unlock extras for the game.

@ devilcries:

My copy is PAL mate. So unless you have PAL version, it'd be useless to try to send friend vouchers to me.
