Has the charge for not providing a blood sample been lifted , if it is thats a joke, he has refused to give a sample , this is a crime, why would they drop that charge ?
Why do you think he refused the blood sample ? Because he knew the sample would test positive (for god knows what, proberly a whole range of drugs like the blood reults for Chris Mainwaring showed after his death). If he was tested the results would of got out to the public then the whole of Australia would of known what drugs he was using so he refused. He should be fined heavily or jailed for this.
Lets not forget Ben Cousins was one of the last people to see Chris Mainwaring (not sure on spelling sorry) & he was found with about 5 different drugs in his system. It was reported Ben was sms'ed by Chris hours before he died asking for food, who knows what else Ben bought over for him. Lets face it, this guy is in it up to his neck. West Coast didnt just go & sack their best player for no reason & it wasnt just because of him being picked up & charged again, they had had concerns for his health for a few days as he been on a bender with Daniel Chick after Chris's funeral. After he was released by the police he refused to take calls from the club & only communicated with them through his father, he knew his was gonna be sacked & wasnt man enough to even speak to the club.
