arn't accessable you mean. When holding from the handles it looks like u can only press B Z C and control stick (youd have to remove a hand to access the other buttons). Thats unless theres buttons hidden in places. Technically it works with all games, just make some stupidly complicated (strikers, wii baseball). Its just a piece of plastic. Nothing special. Id get it because it comes free with a cheap game and I love arcade rail shooters. Its pretty much like getting the steering wheel attachment for driving games.
