In particular, the chapters on Unauthorized Devices or Accessories and Wii Console System Updates. In summary it basically states that Nintendo have the right at any time to disable any "unauthorised device" installed in your Wii Console. It also states that they have the right to send a system update to you at any time without notice.

I'm not implying anything or saying that the above means they are going to stop modchips from working, but I don't believe the EULA had that stuff in it before. As assumed last time, I believe it's more a case of Nintendo covering themselves in case a system update they push out accidentally stuffs someone's modded console up....

My Wii is not connected to the net yet but when we get back to Qld after Xmas I will have a wireless network set up and will only be using the 81cm LCD for my PC and games consoles so I want a wireless keyboard and mouse but am hoping with this latest update I will be able use the keyboard with the Wii also.

Even if they do brick your wii it says it will only stay bricked till ur modification is REMOVED. That means that if you take out the modification, your wii is back to normal
