As a kid, I was always terrified of Aliens (too many X-Files episodes), and I also grew up on a cane farm...

Soo when I ran next door at night time I used to shine the torch down the rows of cane, and start to panic...

The movie kinda brought up a childhood fear...

Whereas I don't find Hostel, Saw yadda yadda yadda scary, cos there's no aliens

I love the old Halloween movies the best.. the Michael Myers character set the standard for the insane, immortal, stalker like killers in the thrasher horror genre in my opinion.

Id love for a Michael Myers Vs Jason Vs Freddie movie to come out but for them to stick to the 70s and 80s style of directing & without too many special effects.

I also like The Ring and The Grudge, Wolf Creek was really good but not very scary.

I heard 'The Hills Have Eyes' is pretty good, might grab it on DVD if it is, just wondering if I could have some opinions if its any good....
