I go to Wii Settings -> Internet and check the network connection and it tests fine every time. To resolve the problem I have to view and accept the License Agreement in the Wii Connection settings.

I thought it may be a firmware thing but I have the latest firmware.

Is anyone else experiencing this sort of thing?

oh if that was my only problem with wifi i would be so happy.
during busy times its a bit slow like fri morning when everyone is updating or when school is over 3.30 on fri and such
