For some reason my experience with the Hurstville one has always been bad. It seems like most of them don't care at all about their customers.

The other day, the lady (her name was Victoria) charged me like 3 bucks extra for the game for 'Game Guarantee' without even asking me. Didn't realise till I got home though...

I went to the one in hurstville aswell and the dude almost sold a game when i said hold it behind the counter for 5 minutes till i get money
