Well, that just gives Nintendo an incentive to make Star Fox, F-Zero, Kirby, Donkey Kong (no, rehashes and lame racing games do not count)Wii and a true Paper Mario 3....

Let's not forget that nearly every man and his donkey has a Wii now, it's not like people are going to be buying 2 of these things....but yeah epic titles would be nice.

i agree eventually every console reaches a point where nobody else wants one sooo many ppl have already bought a wii its not suprising that sales are dropping not every gamer wants a wii and just coz they have opened the market to new consumers doesnt mean they will all buy a wii. Although it is reasonable to think sales would continue at the rate it has been in the past both the playstation 1 & 2 sold over 100 million units the wii still has a long way to go to catch up.

I agree. I reckon if they started porting popular games from other consoles (like they're doing with CoD 4) they would get loads more sales. Hopefully they get the message when CoD 4 sells really well.

Not entirely true, I've played quite a few Action RPG's, and Super Paper Mario is not one of them. It's an RPG in name alone, it took most of what made the PM great and either ignored completely or mutilated it beyond belief. Where were the Badges? Partners? Battle System? Hammers? Abilities?
It's like they tried to replace almost all of these with the horrible Pixls who, barring Tippi, had what, two lines each for the whole game? Pathetic.

Yes, it did bring some good things, the villains were pretty good, and I guess the flipping mechanic was interesting (but SO overused), but it's massive flaws (like Pixls) and complete lack of challenge (Here's a hint: Bowser= Instant Win button against bosses)just killed it, as soon as I finished the story, I turned it off and haven't played it since.

I know comparing it to the others in the series is like comparing apples and oranges, but it shouldn't be, sequels should try to take everything from the last one and improve it, like what they did with the original Paper Mario to Thousand Year Door.

tl;dr: "Super" Paper Mario is anything but.
