Doctor /who is not a Comedy but Absolutely Fabulous and Xena: Warrior Princess are not American Ab Fab is British and Xena is from New Zealand.

the list is from 1983-2008 - the original doctor who series lost the plot with colin baker so that excludes the classsic series. the new seris from chris eccelston onwards is fantastic and should of made the list. so yes i agree, the doctor should be there somewhere.
