Haven't had any uber major pain but the worst i think is having a pinched nerve in the neck.
Can't have your neck straight cause it hurts way too much, sleeping is just nuts. When i had it. had to sleep on the couch cause i couldnt lay flat and then getting up was hard cause of the muscles you use to get up in your neck for your head, plus it lasts a few days as well. Urgh
Though a cricket ball to the head or tearing a fingernail on a skateboard (sitting down on it, finger goes between wheel and driveway, not a smooth one at that) going down a steep driveway or strained groin would probably be the extend of most annoying pain or "worst" pain
