It's actually quite easy. Basically, if you click on the "Articles" tab at the top of this page, it will take you to a list of articles that have been written by MyWii members. Clicking on the 'Nintendo Wii Guides' part near the top of the page (it has \Recent after it) will take you to the full list.

Then, clicking on the titles will take you to the article. In the top left hand corner of most articles is the little digg icon. That will allow you to digg that article within MyWii. Once you have done, post those links back in here
