Depend on staff really. I brought back RaymanRR2 a day after i bought it. The dude said if it was faulty and you had a receipt you could get store credit but after the checkout dude consulted the games manager, I was able to make a straight swap for REUC.

The JB rule is receipt and faulty within 7 days for store credit, but its up to staff to enforce it.
