I think I still have a couple of coins, too! That's it, I think I need to rumage around in my gear to find that Sega World card and coins...

It was big in the 90s, but I think it was badly hit by the growth in home consoles. There wasn't as much point going out and spending hundreds of bucks on video games when you could sit at home and play them with your mates. And you could reeeeally go through the $$$ at Sega World! (specially if you weren't much good at the games)
