Wii News \ Play On Wii Titles Pricing

From a variety of stores (JBHIFI, EBGames etc), it looks like the new Play On Wii selections will be half the price of a regular Wii game.

The Pikmin & Mario Power Tennis Wiimake is currently available for pre-order for AU$49.95 at EBGames.

JBHIFI will have it cheaper than EBGames.

The Play On Wii (New Play Controls!) Games are Gamecube games that are graphically enhanced along with Wii Remote controls.

I talked to the Games guy at Liverpool JBHIFI, and he said it will be lower than EBGames.

Metroid Prime and Echoes use the same engine and as such you wouldn't need the same code twice, same with Pikmin. It would be more work but would be worth it. They've already had to do subtle re-writes and gameplay tweaks (for example the ability to run and gun in Metroid)

But this will probably happen in another few years anyway...

Ok thanks, just read the plot and it seems kinda good.

I just realised I have never seen gameplay of that DK:JB. Is it just a music rythem(damn, I forgot how to spell that lol) where you bang the bongos to the beat? But in this case..use the Wiimote + Nunchuck and pretend you are hitting it?
