The new Fire Emblem character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Ike, has been given an English voice for the game. Marth on the other hand talks just like he did in Super Smash Bros. Melee, in Japanese.
This is probably because Marth first appeared in the first Fire Emblem game: Fire Emblem: Ankoku Ryū to Hikari no Tsurugi (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragons and the Blade of Light) which was only released in Japan. Where as Ike first appeared in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance which was translated into English.
As far as I know all other characters (that talk) have English voices.
