Still worth it for the story, I'd say. But it will hardly satisfy your thirst for blood.
As for mods...I can't really say since I have no clue about them...but a lot of people seem to like the Wiikey. Not many complaints coming from it. SO try that.

I would think that you'd be able to get PAL versions of the game if you checked out Ebay.com or Ebay.com.au, perhaps even other countries. They are making English PAL copies of this game, its just a matter of finding out where.
