No, there is an official price increase by Nintendo. This is stupid considering Nintendo had said that prices would go down!

I bought more points last night during the Halo 3 launch. They still gave it to me for $29.95.

You my friend have too much faith in mankind. This isn't surprising to me, never underestimate the power of the dollar or the inherent greed in each person.

VC games were being hacked somehow, so I guess this is a way for them to recoup some of that lost money.

I played through the first one and liked it but not overly fussed. I'll probably end up with a 360 as well, cause there's still a few games I really want...have to wait a few months I'd say I've spent WAY to much on gaming lately
