Social \ Help me make bread or I'll ban you all!

My final bread test is in perhaps twelve weeks, so to prepare for it I'm going to make a few bread or sweet yeast products every week, every first Monday and second Sunday.

This Sunday I'll make Ensaymada (pictured, not of my creation), and I'd like to make another bread, but I don't know which one.

Yeah I'm pretty simple with my bread choices, my misses usually buys the more interesting type breads, one type she buys but I don't know the name of it, I think it's called BBQ pork roll. It looks like a loaf of bread but with pork swilered through the centre. There's others just can't remember of the top of my head.

beef e16 is the same as a beef sashay in 2minute noodles
