If you read the description & see the picture, it's clearly the Australian PAL version. I wonder how the seller got his or her hands on it, since it's yet to be released (officially). I don't know if this has been posted before but if it has then I'm sorry for reposting it.

Well, it looks legit. Possibly this guy has inside sources to Nintendo Australia and scored a copy early. If this is true, Nintendo won't be too happy, since a lot of companies are quite strict with when their products are released. Hence 12:01am for launch nights.

Actually, there is! Look underneath the glare in the bottom right corner, you can sorta see 'pal' written next to the nintendo logo.

PS: I didn't adjust the light sorry, I don't use photoshop or any image editing progs except for paint. Took me ages to figure out how to include the image in my post.

BTW, I do agree with you guys that it's probably a fake. But all I'm saying is what it looks super real.

A lot of labels are simply stuck onto game boxes. When I buy a PC game, it's quite common to have the OFLC rating stuck on top of the ESRB rating.
