Being a Jackie Chan fan, I have seen it. I recommend having seen 1 & 2 first, but it's a good movie to see if you want some laughs with some action on the side. I don't know if it's just me, but it felt as though there was less action than the other Rush Hours, and it was more about Chris Tucker and his jokes. But I still liked it. Out of that and the other movie I saw this summer, The Simpsons, I'd go with Rush Hour.
