Yes, EB still takes DS Fats. No idea on trade price, but I reckon $40 to $80 (it would be less if they were selling them for $100 — I forget what their preowned DS Fat deal was).
Yes, they still take GBA games (not sure about GBA units, though). I last bought a preowned GBA game from them for $40 (got it for less on sale, though), so trade-in price would probably be $10 to $20.
