Well I had the privelege last night of getting to be one of the first people in teh world to view the new transformers film and I have to say it rocked. You little fingerpainters are gunna' want to talk about it so I thought I'll post a thread and get the ball rolling. I wrote a review on my crowd as well, I hope it's ok... www.mycrowd.com.au/ (check out Nbo's lovely comment...lazy prick, hahaha)...

Anyway, who's planning to see it?

Yes The Day after tomorrow Was a great movie And one of My Favorites As well but did you end up like war of worlds ?

OMFG, do not dare imply that 'War of the Worlds' was anywhere near as good as 'The Day After Tomorrow'. That movie was TERRIBLE. Anywho i went and saw the new Transformers movie and to be honest i was expecting big things, being a huge franchise directed by Micheal Bay and produced by Spielberg. Not only were all my expectations met, but they were all vastly surpassed. That was the best action movie by far i have ever seen. I wouldn't quite say it's my favourite movie ever, but it's somewhere in the top 5. If you haven't been to see it oh loyal members of mywii.com.au, get off your ass NOW and go see it, it's better than i could ever describe.

It's just made so brilliantly. It's funny (it has anthony anderson in it, of course it's gonna be funny) but it's not funny enough to detract from the action of the movie and turn it into a comedy. The action is all very paced, it's spread out very well over the entire movie and it doesnt take an hour to build up. Every second of that movie is gold. I can't recommend it highly enough.
