Wii Software \ Wii sd's and Wii movie files.HELP.

As the Wii will be using sd cards.. Are they the same thing as the psp ones? Also does anyone know if they must be in the sd adaptor or will they just fit str8 in like the psp?

Also: What movie files will the wii be able toplay? Mp4's? .wav .mpeg etc etc ?????
