Because someone is sure to be burnt eventually, and someone will email the admins of the site to ask them to do something about it. What can they do about it. The next problem comes in the form of people being upset with the website because they couldn't assist them, and people are very strange.

Anyway, I don't see what the problem with using ebay is, opposed to this site. At least you have way of dealing with complaints and some idea of what you are getting yourself into. With this site you have no idea as their is no way of knowing whether something is a scam or not. I have seen other websites have major issues when setting something like this up, and as their is no up side for Mywii.com (ie making money out of the deal), then I would suggest they steer well away from this situation.
