They charge $1000 for their consoles, and still can't provide -

a) Customer service, such as great customer service which Nintendo offers.
b) Cheaper replacement parts (i.e, 100 dollars for a screw?)
c) Bringing out boring games.

I myself certainly hope Sony do become what Dreamcast has become. Because Sony don't deserve to be in this business. I'm not even sure why people actually like Sony.

Three reasons why it is a complete rip-off:
1) Bunnings sells them for $8 a pack.
2) It is a small piece of metal which isn't worth $2.
3) It is a "special" screw, it wouldn't know what to when it is in the PlayStation3 and it would probably make the PS3 fall apart instead because it is "special".
