Just like Jotendo and Jac33au I place mine horizontal when i've taken it somewhere, if I leave the stand at home thats one less thing to carry.

Yet, you still could bring the stand and make it stand up.

How is that possible if the Wii has a stand with a large plastic disc at the bottom to prevent tipping over?

He meant whether it would scratch having it vertical, since the old ps2s did. And no the wii doesn't since the disc locks in place.


And can someone fix the thread title? The spelling mistake in it is really very annoying.
