I would love the ability to hide(or collapse) threads from my personal view which I am totally not interested in.
Maybe using AJAX to store these preferences in real time.
To avoid these preferences becoming a processing overhead, maybe 'expire' the hidden property of the threads after they are X number of days old, so that the database does not get clogged with year old preferences to hide threads that are long forgotten.
I constantly check the "Recent Discussions" on the front page but get sick of seeing the same old threads that I know I have no interest in. This functionality would solve that problem.

Also comments on games or other non thread items do not show up as recent discussions. This makes it harder to track comments made on new games. Be good if there were an easier way to integrate them into the "Recent Discussions" or track comments from the games (and accessories etc) sections.
Overall I like the ease of use MyWii offers.
I like the layout.
I like the general aesthetics.
