If it would be multiplatform it would only be 360 + PS3. The Wii is not in the same league as those two performance wise and would have a version that would look terrible in comparison. I'd say most of the games on the Wii are going to be exclusive to the Wii only.
360 + PS3 will share games but not with the Wii.
