From what i can gather, there is also a guy selling a link on ebay to a site where you can fill out surveys to recieve credits which you can then redeem as wii points (in his ad it says it only works for USA & Canada residents). As the sellers on ebay offerring wii points for sale aint actually selling cards but codes to activate wii points im guessing they are selling wii points which have been redeemed from filling out these surveys.

Better yet, don't bother with Wii Points. There's only very few VC games worth buying. Microtransactions are what dry up your wallet.
