I think we are talking about the best weapons, in that it must fit into catagories of usefulness, coolness, power, flexibility and capacity/reload speed. The Laptop gun in Perfect Dark would rate highly on all these aspects, it is a fantastic gun normally and deploys as a sentry turrent. The Cerebral Bore from Turok 2 was the coolest weapon ever, firing a brown orb with a drill on the end. The orb would follow the enemy u locked on to, attaching to there head and drilling out the brain matter, making the gooey mess fly out the end. It doesnt matter on the genre, the baseball bat and lightsaber from smash bros would rank highly too on the 5 catagories i named.
